General conditions

The Brussels Airport Express daily travels twice per day between Brussels airport and the major Dutch cities Breda, Rotterdam and Utrecht (which offers a perfect and fast connection with Amsterdam). The timetable of the Brussels Airport Express offers perfect connections with arriving and departing flights of our partner airlines Brussels Airlines, Jet Airways and Hainan Airlines.

Cancellations
Unforeseen circumstances can force us to cancel the transfer at any time, even if you have a reservation. In such case we will provide you with a return train ticket from Brussels Airport to any chosen station in Holland. If you do not want such compensation, we will arrange reimbursement .

Delays
Due to circumstances the Brussels Airport Express can face delays. These are circumstances beyond our control for which we don not accept responsibility. Therefore we advise you always choose the shuttle service that gives you enough time to make your connecting flight. It is also possible that your flight is delayed in such a way that you won’t make your reserved transfer with the Brussels Airport express. This is also a situation for which we do not accept responsibility. However if you face delay you are welcome on our next transfer if occupancy permits.

In Utrecht you will find our bus at Central Station, exit Jaarbeurs. Utrecht Central Station is Holland’s major connecting train station from which you can easily travel to any chosen destination in the Netherlands.

Our stop in Rotterdam is easy accessible metro station Kralings Zoom, from which you can be in the city centre in 5 minutes. Also Kralingse Zoom is close to one of Holland’s major highways A 16 which connects this economic important city and one of the world’s most important ports with the rest of Holland and Germany.

In Breda the Brussels Airport Express stops in front of train station Breda prinsenbeek, also close to highway A16. Breda is chosen because of its perfect connections with the south of Holland and Antwerp in the north of Belgium.
